Rebated fuel

Fuel taxed at a reduced rate of excise duty because it is intended for a legally permitted use. It is not the same as duty-free fuel: part of the normal duty may still be payable, and eligibility, marking, documentation and restrictions on subsequent use are determined by the relevant jurisdiction.
