Ultra-low-sulphur diesel (ULSD)

Diesel fuel with a very low maximum sulphur content under the specification or law that applies in the relevant market. Because the permitted limit is not identical in every jurisdiction, an order should state the governing specification and maximum sulphur content rather than rely on the term ULSD alone.
